If your condition is urgent and cannot wait until the surgery is next open please telephone 111 for the clinical assessment service who will assess you over the telephone and arrange for you to attend the out of hours GP surgery or to have a home visit if necessary.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

If your condition is urgent and cannot wait until the surgery is next open please telephone CHUHSE 020 8185 0545 is a co-operative of local GPs who provide emergency out of hours cover on a rota basis. A GP will assess you over the telephone and arrange for you to attend the out of hours GP surgery or to have a home visit if necessary.

This service offers you quick access to your GP practice, where they know you and have your full medical record. We recommend this service instead of going to A&E at the hospital.
